I have been on my own journey through suffering and loss to find healing, fulfilment and a massive capacity for love. The counselling and therapies I participated in were extremely valuable and now I am passionate about caring for others; mind, heart and soul.

I can offer you support and space to facilitate your own process towards really embracing life. I have a particular interest in helping those who have personally experienced or worked with medical trauma and those living or working in high pressure situations. I am passionate about inclusion, creating a safe space for all particularly those in the LGBTIQ community and  beyond. I have many years of experience with people close to pain, illness, life threatening conditions, disability and dying and also those with anxiety, depression and trauma.

In this therapy you and I will work together to co-create a space which brings a higher level of awareness to any issues that you raise here. It’s from that place of awareness that you can direct your own progress or growth. That’s where the real juice, the real value of this therapy lies.
