Welcome
Many of us reach a point where something in our lives or relationships no longer feels aligned. You may be navigating challenges in your relationship, feeling disconnected from yourself, or exploring deeper questions through non-ordinary states of consciousness.

I offer a grounded, compassionate space to support you through these experiences - with a focus on relationship therapy and integration for altered states of consciousness.
Together, we can move toward deeper connection, clarity, and meaningful change.

I offer therapy that meets you where you are, while gently supporting you toward where you want to be. My work focuses on connection - with yourself, with others, and with the wider world around you.

A Wholehearted Approach
The name Vishali means “wholehearted,” and this reflects how I approach both therapy and life.
I believe in showing up with authenticity, compassion, and deep respect for the fullness of the human experience - allowing space for both the challenges and the potential for growth. My work is relational, somatic, and grounded in the present moment, supporting you to reconnect with your own inner wisdom and capacity for healing.
Whether you’re seeking support for your relationship, navigating life transitions, integrating powerful experiences, or wanting to better understand yourself, we can find an approach that works for you.

Sessions are available in-person in Northern Rivers, NSW, and online for clients anywhere in the world.

Who are You?
Our deepest fear
Is not that we are inadequate.
Out deepest fear
Is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness,
That frightens us.
We ask ourselves, who am I
To be brilliant, gorgeous, talented or fabulous?
Actually, who are You not to be?
You are a child of god.
Your playing small doesn't save the world.
There is nothing enlightened about shrinking,
So that other people won't feel insecure around you.
We were born to make manifest
The glory of god that is within us;
It's in everyone.
And as we let our light shine
We unconsciously give
Other people permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our own fear,
Our presence automatically liberates others.
